Questions about our services
Does FlixConsulting only design solutions or also deliver them?
Both. We develop target architectures and implement them with your teams, service providers and vendors. This includes technical troubleshooting, project management and handover to business-as-usual operations with documentation and training. We clarify which engagement model fits in the initial conversation.
Do you also work in regulated and isolated environments?
Yes. Our projects include work at a federal authority, in a critical infrastructure (KRITIS) environment with classified-information requirements and in the banking sector under BaFin requirements. Requirements from ISO 27001, BSI, EN 50600 and KRITIS feed into architecture and operating concepts from the analysis onwards. We also work in air-gapped environments without internet access.
How does working together begin?
With a conversation about your starting point, goals and constraints. This leads to a proposal for scope, engagement model and first steps. The first phase is usually an analysis. You can use its results even if you carry out later phases yourself.
Do you work with partners?
Yes. For network and IT infrastructure solutions, we work with FlixHost GmbH, based in Frankfurt am Main. FlixHost is a hosting, network and IT infrastructure service provider and, as an independent partner, provides services in these areas. FlixConsulting and FlixHost are independent companies, managed entirely separately.
