FlixConsulting GmbH is an IT consultancy for large enterprises, public authorities and critical infrastructure (KRITIS) organisations. It designs and delivers data centre, network, cloud, software and operations architectures, plus automation and practical AI solutions. Mark Stempinski, IT Business Architect with IT experience since 2014, founded it on 24 November 2024. It advises and implements, through to handover to operations.

Mark Stempinski has worked in IT since 2014. He holds a B.Sc. in Computer Science and a B.A. in Business Management. From 2020 to 2023, he planned, built and automated a data centre with distributed sites for a technology provider, including vendor comparisons and infrastructure as code with Terraform and Ansible. Since 2022, he has been Managing Director and CTO of FlixHost GmbH. There, he built up and developed his know-how in data centres, networks, multi-cloud, operations and SLAs.
On 24 November 2024, he founded FlixConsulting GmbH as an independent company. It combines architecture consulting with delivery, project management and technical troubleshooting. His project experience ranges from introducing NetBox with migration from Excel at a federal authority, through secure CI/CD pipelines in air-gapped environments, to operating concepts for critical data centre infrastructure to EN 50600 and ISO 27001. It also includes large migrations and rollouts, such as a software rollout in more than 30 countries. He works in German, English and Polish.

Independent partner for network and IT infrastructure
FlixConsulting works with FlixHost GmbH, based in Frankfurt am Main. FlixHost is an independent hosting, network and IT infrastructure service provider. The partnership is based on FlixHost's services for network and IT infrastructure solutions. The two companies are managed entirely separately, and each provides its services under its own responsibility. FlixConsulting advises on architectures, implements projects and manages them.

We survey systems, dependencies, contracts and responsibilities, and talk to the teams in operations. The result is a picture of the current state, with risks and areas for action.

Target architecture
We design the target state and the route to it: migration path, roadmap and sequence of steps, agreed with management, business units and operations.

Delivery
We break projects down into steps that can be tested and accepted individually. Each step builds on a verified state, not on assumptions.

Handover to operations
We hand over the operating concept, documentation and monitoring, and train your teams. The aim is operations that your team can manage on its own.

Every phase ends with agreed results, such as a current-state analysis, target architecture or operating concept. You then decide on the next step.

The founder is Mark Stempinski, an IT Business Architect with IT experience since 2014. He studied computer science and business management and works in German, English and Polish. In the initial conversation, you speak directly with him.
Do you replace our team or work alongside it?
We complement your team. We work with your responsible staff, within your processes for changes and tickets, and with your existing service providers. We pass on knowledge continuously, not just at the end of the project. This means your team can run the solution itself after handover.
Can you provide references?
Publicly, we describe projects only in anonymised form, by industry. You receive the full consultant profile with career history and reference projects after confirming your business email address. Client names appear there only if the client has consented.
